Reformation and Revival Fellowship Data Protection Notice
The Reformation and Revival Fellowship (RRF) aims to honour God by the correct and
lawful treatment of data. God’s Word teaches us to honour government legislation
that complies with God’s revealed will and so we are committed to comply with European
introduction of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) from 25th May 2018.
To fulfil the legitimate purposes of the RRF, we collect, store and process personal
data about you. We hold the following information about you, which you have provided
on a conference booking form or a membership form in the past -
• Name • Address • Phone number(s) • Email Address • What position held in leadership
(where relevant) • Special requirements re disabilities/dietary/medical
The Fellowship takes your privacy seriously and will only use your information to
administer your room bookings, to post you the Revival Newsline magazine and to contact
you re membership or information arising for the conference.
Retention of data will be ‘as long as’ needed to carry out the above purposes.
Please inform Jim Lawson if you no longer wish to be on the membership list and all
data will be erased.
We will never share your details with any other company or organisation.
